Order Acknowledgement

Your order will be acknowledged on our website on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. We will contact you by either one or combinations of e-mail, mail or telephone. We will try to deliver the whole shipment at one time, however occasionally we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control such as acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, or legislation. In such cases, we will advise you as soon as we can and you will be given the option of amending the order so that you pay for only what we have in stock. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question. The goods you miss this time round may be available next time you wish to shop. Most traders afterall tend to buy once or twice a month. We may also contact you with regard to alternatives, but the decision to buy will always rest with you.

Order Acceptance

Order Acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions below Cancellations. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error

As a wholesale cash & carry business we reserve the right to refuse an order if we believe it is not from a bonafide trader. You have to purchase in multiples of 3, 6 & 12. We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis, therefore we are unable to accept any returns unless goods have an obvious manufacturing fault.

Payment

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order.

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. Our prices are genuine wholesale rates for traders. Where stock has run out and a new batch is sold, it may be at a higher or lower price than before.

Delivery

We will send consignments by Next day Courier or Royal Mail or Parcel Post. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay.

General

All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

If goods supplied are found to be faulty a refund will be made provided that they are returned within reasonable time, in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (amended). In the first instance, please contact us by email to arrange for an immediate return.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by contacting us in good time. You cannot return goods to us on the basis of sale or return. All merchandise sold by us is sold from new and unworn. The business practices and laws covering sales to the trade and sales to the end consumer differ.
